Customized New Housing
A newly developed exclusive housing for the 18650‑4.0Ah full-tab battery pack adopts a redesigned internal and external structure, greatly improving the overall heat dissipation capability.
Optimized Internal Structure & Thermal Silicone Material
The upgraded conductive path of the connection plate reduces circuit resistance, ensures smoother current transmission and lowers operating temperature rise. Equipped with high-thermal-conductivity silicone pads, the battery efficiently transfers heat generated by the cells to the housing for rapid heat dissipation.
Core Full-Tab Cell Technology
After cell winding, the entire tab plate is welded to the current collector and outputs current through the metal cover. Compared with conventional cells of the same capacity:

Graphene Uniform Heat Dissipation Technology
