Blade Battery Pack Product Introduction

This series of stacked battery packs adopts laminated pouch cells with upgraded and optimized internal structure compared with traditional wound cells. The cell internal resistance is ≤3mΩ, and the overall pack internal resistance is as low as 7.97mΩ, greatly outperforming conventional wound battery packs. It effectively reduces operating heat generation and prolongs battery service life.

Thanks to the low internal resistance feature, the product delivers excellent fast charging performance, completing 0-100% full charge in merely 10 minutes. It supports 100A continuous high-current discharge with stable constant output, and withstands 160-200A pulse impact discharge to realize strong burst performance. Under harsh working conditions of high load, impact operation and continuous working of cordless power tools, the battery maintains stable voltage supply without voltage drop, significantly improving the operation performance of tools.

Traditional wound battery cells have high internal resistance, which causes severe heat generation under high current and limits fast charging and heavy-load discharge performance. In comparison, the laminated stacked battery pack has prominent advantages of lower internal resistance, less heat generation and stronger discharge capacity, serving as the preferred power solution for heavy-duty cordless tools.

This product is available in multiple specifications including QZ-21700ST-4.0Ah and QZ-21700ST-8.0Ah, which are compatible with tool equipment of different power levels.
